Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of Extremadura publishes this Friday, October 23, 2026, in issue number 205, the list of 54 holders who are notified of the final favorable resolution for aid for investments in the modernization and/or improvement of agricultural holdings carried out by young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. The announcement, dated October 16, 2026, and signed in Mérida by the Head of the Structural Aid Service, Antonio Jesús Pi Pérez, is issued under Decree 169/2024, of December 30, and bears the official reference 2026081760.
Decree 169/2024, of December 30 (published in DOE number 13, of January 21, 2025), establishes the regulatory bases and application rules for the aid regime for the establishment of young farmers and for investments in the modernization and/or improvement of their holdings, and launches the first call for both lines. The regulation authorizes the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Environment to notify via announcement in the official gazette, a formula that avoids individual home notification and shifts the burden of consulting the act to the interested party.
Notification by announcement and competent body
Article 24 of the decree allows any notification or communication from the competent bodies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Environment to be carried out through the publication of an announcement in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, which must indicate the place and means where the list of interested parties and the act in question are displayed. Article 26 attributes the resolution of the aid to the holder of the General Secretariat of said ministry or to the body to whom they delegate.
The resolution contains the obligations and commitments acquired by the beneficiary and is notified in accordance with articles 40 to 46 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The interested parties included in the annex may access the full content of their resolution through the individual notification processed on the LABOREO platform (https://laboreo.juntaex.es/).
Deadlines and appeal process
Against the resolution, which does not end the administrative route, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed within one month starting from the day following the notification. The appeal is addressed to the holder of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Environment or to the holder of the General Directorate of Common Agricultural Policy, in accordance with articles 101.3 and 101.4 of Law 1/2002, of February 28, of the Government and Administration of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, in connection with articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015.
The appeal shall be submitted through the ARADO platform (https://aradoacceso.juntaex.es/Paginas/Login), provided that a digital certificate or electronic ID (DNIe) is available, without prejudice to any other remedy that the interested party deems appropriate.

Impact for beneficiaries
The publication closes the processing of the aid for the modernization of holdings and begins the counting of deadlines: the 54 holders must consult their resolution in LABOREO, assume the obligations and commitments contained therein and, if they do not agree, formalize the administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) in the month following the notification. The announcement adds to the activity that the department has been publishing this autumn in the DOE regarding Decree 169/2024, with lists of hearing procedures, payment resolutions, revocations, and modifications of business plans.
