PROCASA announces three positions by competitive examination: IT, accounting, and human resources

The municipal company Promoción y Gestión de Viviendas de Cádiz, S.A. (PROCASA) has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz of 12 August 2026 (No. 154) three public calls for the selection and hiring of staff through the competitive examination system. The processes, approved by its Board of Directors, open a period of 20 business days for submitting applications.

The calls and their terms and conditions were approved by the Board of Directors of PROCASA at its meeting of 17 July 2026, under item five of the agenda. The full terms and conditions are published on the Transparency Portal of the company’s website (procasacadiz.es/transparencia, section “Job Offers”) and on the entity’s notice board, located at calle Bóvedas de Santa Elena s/n, 11006 Cádiz. The three positions announced

• IT Technician with a qualification in Higher Technician in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), a higher-level vocational training cycle in the professional family of Computing and Communications or equivalent: one position on a permanent employment basis (notice No. 242.453).
• Intermediate Accounting Technician: one position on a temporary employment basis to cover for a person with a reserved post, with subsequent indefinite employment contract under the terms set out in the terms and conditions (notice No. 242.537).
• Senior Human Resources Technician: one position on a permanent employment basis in the municipal company (notice No. 242.595).

Deadline and application procedure

The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the business day following the publication of each notice in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz. Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding national, regional and local holidays of the city of Cádiz.

The successive notices of each process (lists of admitted and excluded candidates, selection boards and examination dates) shall be made public in the manner provided for in the terms and conditions themselves, so applicants must consult these documents before formalising their registration.

Technical employment in the municipal housing company

PROCASA is the municipal company of the Cádiz City Council dedicated to the promotion and management of housing in the city, and with these three calls it reinforces key technical profiles of its workforce: computing, accounting and human resources. Two of the positions are offered directly on a permanent employment basis, while the accounting position begins as a temporary substitute post with provision for transitioning to an indefinite contract, so all three processes offer a route to stability for selected applicants.
