Printing estate in Holte expects to repay all recognised creditors in full
Por FactBox Admin

The bankruptcy estate of Trykkeriselskabet af 10/10 2025 ApS will ask Sø- og Handelsretten to confirm its accounts and a distribution with an expected dividend of 100 per cent to notified and acknowledged debt. The hearing is set for 27 November 2026 at 12.00 in the court’s bankruptcy division at Amaliegade 35, 2nd floor, 1256 København K. The announcement was issued by Skifteretten on 4 November 2026 and published in Statstidende on 6 November 2026 under reference S04112026-110 (case K 1203/26-E).
The estate belongs to a printing company registered under CVR 35379673 at Paradisåsen 5, 2840 Holte. The notice is filed in the gazette’s bankruptcy-estate section as an announcement of accounts and closure of the estate, the procedural step at which a trustee’s accounts and proposed payout are laid before the court for possible confirmation.
The projected recovery is stated as 100 per cent of debt that has been notified and acknowledged, calculated under § 94 of the Danish bankruptcy act, konkursloven. A full payout of that kind is the exception rather than the rule in Danish insolvency proceedings, where creditors of a collapsed company usually receive only part of what they are owed.
What the hearing will decide
The skiftesamling in Sø- og Handelsretten’s bankruptcy division has two items on it: presentation of the accounts and the distribution, and their possible confirmation. According to the notice, the estate will be closed at that hearing with the stated dividend, provided the distribution is confirmed and no appeal is lodged in time.
The announcement sets out the expected sequence:
- Confirmation of accounts and distribution at the hearing on 27 November 2026 at 12.00.
- Closure of the estate at the same hearing, subject to confirmation.
- Payment of the dividend once the four-week appeal period has expired.
The accounts, the proposed distribution and its supporting documents are available for inspection at the bankruptcy division’s office, the notice states.
Small claims excluded from the payout
The trustee has proposed that, in the distribution and pursuant to § 153 of konkursloven, claims that would produce a dividend of less than DKK 500 be left out. Such claims therefore do not affect the calculation of the payout, although the notice does not put a figure on the total value of claims or of the estate’s assets.
The notice also fixes the cut-off for participation. Claims and other demands that are notified only after the expected confirmation of the accounts on 27 November, or that were not notified before an earlier deadline already set for notifications, cannot be taken into consideration.
Publication and the appeal window
Statstindende’s announcement carries the case number K 1203/26-E alongside the company’s CVR number, so that creditors and other parties can identify the estate and check the documents at the court. Under the timetable described in the notice, a dividend is paid out only after the four-week appeal period following confirmation has run without a timely appeal.
For suppliers, landlords and other unsecured creditors of the printing firm, the notice is the operative document: it converts an expected recovery into a court-supervised payment plan, and it sets a hard deadline for anyone who has not yet registered a claim. Creditors who miss the stated cut-off lose any share in the distribution, however large the dividend.
