Presidency appoints Marta de la Mano as communications advisor

The Department of the Presidency has appointed Marta de la Mano Garcia as an advisor in the area of communication plans, assigned to the Directorate General of Diffusion, effective October 13, 2026. Remuneration and conditions of the position

The remuneration for this job position is that corresponding to a civil servant position of group A1, destination level 24.4, with a specific supplement of 32,288.52 euros per year, with a special dedication workday and schedule. The appointment is effective from October 13, 2026, eight days after the date of the resolution.

Deadline to appeal the resolution

Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, interested parties have two options:

• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance, within a period of two months starting from the day after publication.
• Appeal for reversal, optional in nature, before the same body that issued the decision, within a period of one month.

The appointment reinforces the communication structure of the Department of the Presidency just as the territorial plans for neighborhoods and villages enter the execution phase, and places a trusted person in charge of the information coordination of these programs.
