Pozoblanco announces 18,860 euros in grants for Early Childhood textbooks

The Pozoblanco City Council has announced a competitive grant in the amount of 18,860.00 euros intended for aid for the acquisition of textbooks for Early Childhood Education (Second Cycle) corresponding to the 2026/2027 academic year. The call is formalized through Mayoral Resolution No. 2026/00002202, dated May 21, 2026, and its extract is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, number 172, dated September 4, 2026.

The measure, identified in the National Grants Database with the code BDNS 927269, is published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17. The full text of the call can be consulted in the aforementioned national database.

Beneficiaries and purpose

The aid is aimed at students enrolled in centers supported by public funds and subsidized centers (concertados) in Pozoblanco in Early Childhood Education (Second Cycle) during the 2026/2027 academic year. Regulatory bases and deadline

The bases are supported by the General Ordinance regulating the granting of Grants of the Pozoblanco City Council, initially approved in the ordinary Plenary session of October 28, 2013, and published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province, number 245, of December 27, 2013, under Law 38/2003.

The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province.

How to submit applications

Applications should preferably be submitted electronically through the Electronic Office of the Pozoblanco City Council, under the Procedures option, “TEXTBOOK ACQUISITION AID” tab, year 2026. They may also be submitted through any of the channels provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in which case Annex I, Annex II, and the required documents must be completed and attached.
