The City Council of A Pobra do Caramiñal is launching a public auction, upwards, for municipal plot number 1A of the A Tomada industrial estate, a consolidated urban land area for industrial use of 2,977.00 square meters. The minimum tender price has been set at 232,038.65 euros, corresponding to the valuation issued by the municipal technical services. The announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña (BOP) number 192, dated October 8, 2026, under announcement number 2026/6431, after the mayoral resolution of October 1, 2026, approved the disposal file.

The procedure is managed by the Secretariat / Contracting Service of the City Council of A Pobra do Caramiñal, located at Gasset Street, number 28, 15940 A Pobra do Caramiñal (A Coruña), and telephone 981 843 280. The tender is published in accordance with the Particular Administrative Clauses Specifications and applicable legislation, and the contractor profile is available on the Public Sector Contracting Platform and the municipal electronic office.

The plot originates from the land redistribution project of SURD I.1, corresponding to the expansion of the A Tomada industrial estate, and enters the market without registered charges or encumbrances, facilitating its transfer to companies and investors.

Minimum price, guarantee, and requirements

The base tender budget starts at 232,038.65 euros and is an upward amount, meaning bids must exceed that threshold. VAT will be applied at the time of sale, therefore it is not included in the price.

Provisional guarantee: 5% of the valuation value, amounting to 11,601.93 euros.
Form of constitution: cash, guarantee, surety bond, or immobilization of securities in the Municipal Treasury.
Admitted bidders: natural or legal persons, Spanish or foreign, with full legal capacity.
Exclusions: the prohibitions to contract provided for in article 95.2 of the LPAP and in insolvency legislation.

Deadlines, offers, and opening of bids

The submission period is thirty (30) calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña, which places the start of the count on October 9, 2026. The deadline for delivery is 14:00 hours on the last day of the period.
