Posadas subsidizes social action with 20,000 euros in 2026

The Posadas City Council has opened the call for grants aimed at non-profit associations and entities that carry out social action activities in the municipality during 2026, with a budget of 20,000 euros. The council’s Governing Board approved the agreement on September 18, 2026, and the summary is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba no. 185, dated September 24, 2026, with the identifier BDNS 930977. The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Grants Law. The announcement appears in the Local Administration section of the provincial gazette and bears the signature of the mayor, Emilio Martínez Pedrera, dated in Posadas on September 22, 2026, with Secure Verification Code 27E2 4A38 3E99 7B4B B5DE.

Beneficiaries and purpose of the grants

Non-profit associations whose purpose is the implementation, within the municipal district of Posadas and throughout 2026, of study, research, encouragement, and promotion projects or activities for social action may apply for the grants.

The call seeks to provide financial support to projects that develop specific activities within the area of social action, with the aim of promoting the social well-being of the citizens. The covered areas are:

Social prevention and assistance.
Social integration.
Encouragement and awareness of citizen participation.
Equality, within the scope of intervention of the Social Services.

The eligible period spans from January 1 to December 31, 2026.

Financing and application deadline

Financing will be charged to the 2026 General Budget, budget application 231.48900, for the amount of twenty thousand euros, with adequate and sufficient credit existing in the aforementioned budget.

The deadline for submitting applications is 10 business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, that is, from September 25, 2026.

Required documentation and place of submission

Applications and the rest of the documentation are available to interested associations at the offices of the Posadas City Council, at the Plaza de Ayuntamiento. The request shall be addressed to the Honorable Mr. Mayor-President in accordance with Annex I of the rules and shall be submitted to the municipal General Registry or through the procedures provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Along with each application, the following general documentation must be provided, in original or certified copy:

Bank certificate with the account number of the requesting entity.
Tax Identification Card of the entity.
D.N.I. (National ID) of the entity’s representative.
Certificate of the minutes or appointment agreement of the President and registration credential in the Registry of Social Entities of Andalusia or in the Registry of Associations of Andalusia.
Authorization for the City Council to consult possible debts with the Local Administration (Annex IV).
Positive certification from the State Tax Administration Agency.
Positive certification from the Tax Agency of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
Positive certification from the Territorial Treasury of the Social Security, or a report of non-registration as an employer.

Additionally, a memorandum or project dated and signed by the association must be presented, including the name, summary, objectives, activities and their duration, organization, location and dates of execution, and a total budget broken down into income and expenses, expressly indicating the amount requested and other subsidies from different administrations.

A battery of municipal calls

The social action call is part of the aid package approved by the Governing Board of Posadas on September 18, 2026, and published in the same issue of the provincial bulletin. On that day, subsidies for brotherhoods and confraternities (BDNS 930973), cultural associations (BDNS 930870), sports clubs and associations (BDNS 930905), and underage federated athletes competing at the regional level were also announced.

The set of calls shares the same competitive bidding procedure and the same deadline for submitting applications, ten business days from publication.

The call provides financial coverage for third-sector entities that maintain social care in the municipality, so that interested associations have ten business days to formalize their project and budget before the General Registry of the Posadas City Council.
