Portos de Galicia presents a bar-restaurant at the port of Aldán to the public

Portos de Galicia submits for public information the request from Bracarense Atlántica, S.L. to construct a bar-cafeteria-restaurant building, naval supply shop, and public toilets in the port of Aldán. The agreement, signed on September 28, 2026, by the Zona Sur, is published in the Diario Oficial de Galicia on October 7, 2026 (DOG no. 191, p. 51802) under file 13-19-26-C2. Interested parties have twenty business days to examine the file and submit allegations.

The procedure responds to the mandate of article 70.2 of Law 6/2017, of December 12, on ports of Galicia, published in DOG no. 236 on December 14, which requires opening a period of public exhibition before resolving these types of requests for the occupation of the public port domain. The Presidency of Portos de Galicia thus agrees to the start of the procedure at the request of the concessionaire itself, Bracarense Atlántica, S.L., who has already submitted their petition.

The announcement bears the signature of Juan Sanmartín Ferreiro, director of Portos de Galicia, and is issued from Pontevedra on September 28, 2026, the date of the agreement by the Zona Sur, the competent territorial department. The text is inserted in section VI of the bulletin, within the announcements of the autonomous Administration, so that interested persons and entities can examine the file and formulate in writing any allegations they deem appropriate.

Object of the concession

The request covers the construction of a single building in the port of Aldán with three distinct uses:

• Bar-cafeteria-restaurant.
• Sale of naval supplies.
• Public toilets.

The file is processed under code 13-19-26-C2 and its resolution will correspond to the autonomous Administration, through Portos de Galicia, once the submitted allegations have been assessed.

How to submit allegations

The period is twenty (20) business days counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Diario Oficial de Galicia.

• Submission is mandatory electronically for public administrations, legal entities, and persons representing any of the former.
• The enabled procedure is IF508C of the electronic office of the Xunta de Galicia.
• Interested persons not obliged to use the electronic route may submit their writings, optionally, at the offices of the Zona Sur of Portos de Galicia, at Víctor Said Armesto street, 1, 1º, 36002 Pontevedra, or in any of the registries provided for in the regulations of the common administrative procedure.
