Pontons tenders five works and machinery contracts for 829,000 euros

The Pontons City Council has put out to tender five works and supply contracts, approved by the Corporation’s Plenary on August 19, 2026, with a global volume of nearly €829,043 (VAT included). The announcements are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on August 25, 2026, and signed by the mayor Josep Tutusaus Besante.

The files, processed by the Secretariat-Intervention, are tendered via a simplified open procedure (articles 159.1 to 159.6 of the LCSP) and ordinary processing, and offers must be submitted exclusively by electronic means through the Public Procurement Services Platform of Catalonia (PSCP).

Renovation of the municipal swimming pool

The works contract for the renovation of the municipal pool basin and accessibility adaptation works (file 1379-000008-2026, CVE 202610134940) is released with a base budget of €160,291.87 (VAT included). The work, which includes phases 1 and 2 of the basic and executive project, must be completed by December 31, 2026, at the latest, with ordinary processing and preferential impulse due to the subsidy deadline.

Urbanization of the Church Square and street improvement

• Santa Magdalena Church Square (file 1379-000010-2026, CVE 202610134941): budget of €141,641.08 and a term of 3 months from the layout verification report.
• Church Street to single platform – Phase 1 (file 1379-000009-2026, CVE 202610134943): budget of €357,226.33, the highest in the package, with an execution term of 4 months.

Renewal of the machinery fleet

• Truck with tipping box, hydraulic crane, and auxiliary equipment (file 1431-000008-2026, CVE 202610134945): budget of €69,829.58, simplified shortened open procedure (article 159.6 LCSP) and a submission deadline of 10 business days. No definitive guarantee is required.
• Multifunctional compact backhoe (file 1431-000007-2026, CVE 202610134944): budget of €100,054.90, with a submission deadline of 15 calendar days and delivery within a maximum of 120 days.

Deadlines and submission of offers

Offers are submitted exclusively by electronic means using the Digital Envelope tool of the PSCP, and the opening will be carried out by the Contracting Board without a public in-person act. Submission deadlines vary by contract: 20 calendar days for the pool, square, and street works; 15 calendar days for the backhoe; and 10 business days for the truck.
