Ponteareas initially approves the modification of taxi fares

The Plenary of the municipal Corporation of Ponteareas has agreed to initially approve the modification of Annex II of the Ordinance regulating the Taxi Service, according to the new wording that forms an integral part of the agreement. The decision was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO) number 172, Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the Local Administration section, and is signed by the mayor, María Nava Castro Domínguez.
It is foreseen that the new tariffs will be applicable as of January 1, 2027, once the legally required procedures have been completed. Entry into force is conditional upon obtaining the corresponding regional authorization regarding prices, the final approval of the modification, and the full publication of its text.
