Pitarque definitively approves its budget of 257,775 euros for 2026

The Plenary of the Pitarque Town Council has given final approval to the municipal budget for financial year 2026, amounting to 257,775.65 euros. The agreement, adopted once the legal and regulatory procedures have been completed, is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Teruel number 153, of August 13, 2026, with reference No. 2026-2433. This insertion grants interested parties a two-month period to appeal through the administrative litigation route.

The announcement appears in the Local Administration section of the bulletin, within the municipalities block, and reproduces the summarized text of the accounts approved by the Plenary. The document details both the expenditure and revenue statements for the year, with identical figures on both sides, reflecting a formally balanced budget.

A balanced budget in expenditure and revenue

The municipal accounts total 257,775.65 euros in the expenditure statement and the same amount in revenue. On the expenditure side, the largest items are real investments, at 103,804.15 euros, and current goods and services expenditure, at 100,928.67 euros.

Real investments absorb 103,804.15 euros, close to 40% of the expenditure budget, making this the largest individual item of the year. Its financing rests mainly on the capital transfers provided for in the revenue statement, totaling 88,715.00 euros, complemented by the municipality’s own resources: direct taxes, fees, current transfers and property income.

Two-month period to appeal

The announcement reminds that legitimate interested parties may directly file an administrative litigation appeal before the competent jurisdiction within two months, counted from the day following the last publication of the announcement in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Teruel.
