Peralta de Alcofea puts the lease of four municipal homes out to tender

The Peralta de Alcofea City Council has announced a public tender for the lease of four municipally-owned homes intended for habitual and permanent residence, with monthly rents ranging between 200 and 260 euros. The call, approved by Mayoral Resolution on August 28, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 165, dated August 31, 2026, under reference BOPH-2026-165008.

The initiative originates from the council’s Secretariat and is signed by the mayor, Sergio Gambau Gracia, in Peralta de Alcofea on August 28, 2026. The file, identified by number 1881818M and NIF P2224200B, approves both the file and the Specific Terms and Conditions that will govern the award.

The four offered homes

The purpose of the call is the award, through a public tender, of the lease of four municipal properties distributed between the center of Peralta de Alcofea and the hamlet of El Tormillo:

• Home no. 1 — C/ La Iglesia, no. 1, El Tormillo. Useful area of 57.49 m², three bedrooms, maximum capacity of 6 people. Monthly rent: 260.00 euros.
• Home no. 2 — C/ Joaquín Costa, no. 10, second floor, Peralta de Alcofea. Useful area of 53.70 m², two bedrooms and a storage room, maximum capacity of 3 people. Monthly rent: 240.00 euros.
• Home no. 3 — C/ Joaquín Costa, no. 10, first floor, Peralta de Alcofea. Useful area of 60.35 m², two bedrooms and a storage room, maximum capacity of 4 people. Monthly rent: 260.00 euros.
• Home no. 4 — C/ Joaquín Costa, no. 10, ground floor, Peralta de Alcofea. Useful area of 37.96 m², one bedroom, maximum capacity of 2 people. Monthly rent: 200.00 euros.

Deadline and submission of applications

Interested parties will have a period of fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. Applications must be submitted to the General Registry of the Peralta de Alcofea City Council or through any of the means admitted by administrative legislation, accompanied by the documentation required in the Specific Terms and Conditions.

The opening of the submitted documentation will be public and will take place on the first business day following the end of the application submission period.
