Peraleda de la Mata approves its public employment offer for 2026

The City Council of Peraleda de la Mata has approved its Public Employment Offer (OEP) for the year 2026, with two permanent civil servant positions intended to reinforce its municipal staff. The decision, adopted by Mayoral Resolution No. 2026/0349, of August 14, was made public via an announcement in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (DOE) number 163, of August 24, 2026, with official reference 2026081433.

The call is framed within the regulations of local government and public employment, specifically in Article 91 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Government, and in Article 70 of the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30. The advertised positions

The offer includes two permanent civil servant positions, both in the General Administration scale and Management sub-scale, with different profiles and access routes:

• General Administration Management Technician: 1 position, group A2, level 23, access via internal promotion through a competitive examination (concurso-oposición).
• Administrative Assistant: 1 position, group C2, level 14, open access through a competitive examination (oposición).

In this way, the offer combines an internal consolidation route for personnel already linked to the council with an open access position, available to new applicants.

Deadlines and appeals

Against the approval resolution, interested parties may file an optional appeal for reversal (recurso potestativo de reposición) before the Mayor’s Office within one month starting from the day following its publication. Alternatively, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court within two months, in accordance with Articles 30, 114.1.c) and 112.3 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure, and Articles 8, 10, and 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
