Pedrosa de Muñó auctions the lease of farmland

The Neighborhood Council of Pedrosa de Muñó has approved the economic-administrative specifications that will govern the public auction for the lease of the farmland under its ownership, as well as an urban plot intended for use as a vegetable garden. The agreement was adopted in the session of August 12, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 160, dated August 25, 2026.
The specifications are subject to public exhibition for a period of eight days starting from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the gazette, during which appropriate claims may be submitted. Simultaneously, the auction is announced, which will take place on September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the plenary hall of the Estépar City Council.
Object of the auction
The call comprises two types of assets owned by the neighborhood council:
- The farmland of the local entity, offered for lease.
- An urban plot intended for use as a vegetable garden.
Interested parties must be present at the auction act, which will be held in the plenary hall of the Estépar City Council. The economic-administrative specifications that shall govern the contract may be consulted both at the Estépar City Council and at the Neighborhood Council of Pedrosa de Muñó itself.
Administrative framework
This action is framed within the management regime of communal and patrimonial assets of minor local entities, which must subject the leasing of their estates to public competition. The agreement was adopted by the Neighborhood Council of Pedrosa de Muñó in its meeting of August 12, 2026, and the file is processed under the official reference BOPBUR-2026-03538.
The announcement appears in the III. Local Administration section of the gazette, on page 14 of issue 160. The document is signed by the village mayor, Braulio Ignacio González del Olmo.
Deadlines and conditions
Interested parties should take note of the following milestones:
- Public exhibition of the specifications: eight days from the publication of the announcement in the BOP of Burgos.
- Submission of claims: during the aforementioned exhibition period.
- Holding of the auction: September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the plenary hall of the Estépar City Council.
- Consultation of the specifications: at the Estépar City Council and at the Neighborhood Council of Pedrosa de Muñó.
