The Pechina City Council has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call for one Administrative position, belonging to the General Administration scale, Administrative Subscale, Subgroup C1, under the internal promotion shift. This is done through Decree 2026-0684, dated October 28, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería no. 212, dated November 3, 2026 (reference 2982/26, file 1226/2026). The same decree appoints the qualifying board and sets the first exercise for December 2, 2026.

Only one admitted and none excluded

The resolution is issued once the application submission period has ended and in accordance with the fifth basis of the call. The provisional list shows a remarkably small result:

Members: Nuria López Jiménez (substitute María Ángeles Vázquez Pérez), Demetrio Cañada Cobos (substitute José Antonio Miralles Barón) and M.ª Mercedes Pardo Castillo (substitute Sergio Aguilar Siles).
Secretariat: M.ª Isabel Carrillo Goy, with Estíbaliz Merino Loza as substitute.

The date for the first exercise is set for December 2, 2026 at 09:00 hours at the City Hall, although the call is expressly conditioned on the expiration of the claims period without any allegations being presented.

Claims period and publicity

The City Council grants a period of ten business days from the publication of the announcement in the bulletin to file claims. The provisional list is also displayed on the municipal Notice Board and on the electronic office, accessible at https://pechina.sedelectronica.es. The document is signed by the mayor-president, Juan Manuel López Rodríguez, and has the approval of the secretary, M.ª Isabel Carrillo Goy, both in Pechina on October 28, 2026.
