Pastrana convoca la plaza de controlador turístico con solo tres aspirantes admitidos

The Pastrana City Council has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call to fill the position of Access Controller for tourist buildings and municipal festival events, permanent part-time contractual staff, through a competitive examination process. The decision was adopted by Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0325, dated October 14, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 202, dated Thursday, October 22, 2026, in the employment section. Only three applicants passed the process and three others were excluded.

The process began in May

The call has undergone an administrative journey of nearly five months. The file includes the service proposal, the order and the legal report of May 28, 2026, Mayoral Decree No. 2026-0187 of the same date, and the general rules of the call. The resolution that approved the call and the rules is dated August 20, 2026, and the announcement was published in the BOP of Guadalajara No. 167, dated September 1, 2026, and in the BOE No. 223, dated September 9, 2026.

The resolution is based on Article 20 of the General Regulations for the Entry of Personnel into the Service of the General State Administration, approved by Royal Decree 364/1995, of March 10, and Law 7/1985, of April 2, on the Bases of Local Regime.

Three admitted and three exclusions

The provisional list of admitted applicants consists of three people, identified by their partially hidden ID numbers:

  • Sandra Del Amo Cano (****3837V)
  • Carlos De Benito Ariza (****7088F)
  • Francisco Martínez Tomás (****7052X)

On the other side, the list of excluded applicants also totals three names, all for documentary reasons:

  • Elena Sánchez Chavero (****4503X): fails to comply with rule 3, section f, by not providing a negative certificate of sexual offenses, and rule 4, for not submitting the official application form (Annex I).
  • Laura García Casale (****8632R): fails to comply with rule 3, section f, due to the same lack of a negative certificate of sexual offenses.
  • Oscar Edvin Dongo Ipenza (****1544D): fails to comply with rule 3, sections e and f, by not providing the required qualification nor the criminal record certificate.

Composition of the tribunal

The resolution also designates the members of the tribunal that will judge the tests, with principals and alternates for each position:

  • Presidency: Roberto Vereda García, with Joaquín Javier Toledano García-Blanco as alternate.
  • Member: María Rosa Bonilla Yubero, alternate Soraya Martínez Fernández.
  • Member: Rocío Gómez Espada, alternate María Yolanda Merchante Ballesteros.
  • Member: María Pilar Bonilla Yubero, alternate María Paloma Gumiel Fernández.
  • Secretary: Isabel Herrero Sáez de Eguilaz, alternate Javier Guzmán Jiménez.

The agreement orders the notification of the resolution to the designees and the publication of both the provisional list and the composition of the tribunal in the BOP of Guadalajara, on the municipal electronic office (https://pastrana.sedelectronica.es/), and on the notice board.

Ten days to appeal

Excluded and omitted applicants have a period of ten business days from the publication of the announcement in the Official Provincial Gazette to file claims or correct the defects that led to their exclusion or omission. The document was signed in Pastrana on October 14, 2026, by the mayor-president, Carlos Largo Alcón, and bears the verification code 1a65f2a2943a5879e09d54c63b74f1c37f2ef934.

The position is relevant to the municipality because it reinforces attention in a sensitive area: access to tourist buildings and festive events in a town with declared historical heritage. The provisional result reduces the competition to three candidates, meaning that any correction within the deadline may alter the final list and, consequently, the number of applicants who will ultimately face the tests of the already designated tribunal.
