Passanant i Belltall opens grants for culture, heritage, and equality

The Passanant i Belltall City Council has approved the call for grants for the 2026 financial year regarding Culture, Heritage, Equality, and Diversity, intended for private non-profit entities within the municipality. Purpose and beneficiaries

Amount and processing
The economic allocation for the call is 3,000.00 euros, charged to the budgetary application 2026-0-330-48000-01 of the 2026 budget. The accumulated amount of the grants awarded shall not exceed the budgetary allocation, and the City Council reserves the right not to exhaust the item if the number of applications and the amount of the projects so require.
The regulatory bases were initially approved by the Plenary on June 2, 2026, exposed to the public for thirty days via an announcement in the BOPT on June 11, 2026, and became final as no allegations were presented, with the publication of the full text in the BOPT on August 8, 2026.
Deadlines and justification
Applications may be submitted within a period of twenty days counting from the day after the publication of the extract in the BOP of Tarragona. The standardized application form and the remaining required documents can be found on the City Council’s website, www.passanantibelltall.cat.
- Justification: by February 1, 2027, at the latest, in the form established in the bases.
- Payment: upon submission of the justification file, once the resolution has been issued.
- Compatibility: the grant is compatible with other aid, but the total amount received for the same purpose may not exceed the cost of the project.
- Prorating: if the accumulated amounts exceed the available credit, the corresponding prorating will be applied.
The resolution is signed by the mayor, Maria Carme Amenós i Fabregat, in Passanant, on August 25, 2026.
This call represents an opportunity for local entities in the municipality to obtain funding for their cultural activities, heritage restoration, and the promotion of equality and diversity during 2026, within a framework of transparency and competitive bidding.
