Armillas wind farm opens allegations regarding public mountain in Teruel

The Aragonese Institute of Environmental Management (INAGA) has opened for public consultation the file to authorize the private use concession and temporary occupation of land within the public forest domain of the Public Utility Mountain T000128 – Monte Bajo or Dehesa del Río, in the municipality of Vivel del Río Martín (Teruel), for the purpose of the Armillas wind farm project. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 170, dated September 2, 2026, and opens a twenty-day period for interested parties to submit allegations.

The request, processed under file number G440000/44/2026/0020, corresponds to procedure type 44A (concession) and is held by the company Sistemas Energéticos Cefiro, S.L., which is already linked to the energy processing of the area within the framework of the wind power drive in Aragon.

The procedure is carried out in accordance with the consolidated text of the Aragon Forestry Law, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2017, of June 20, of the Government of Aragon, and the current regulations on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. The project is part of a broader process of wind power implementation in the region: the Official Gazette of Aragon number 166, dated August 27, 2026, had already published the public information regarding the shared evacuation infrastructures (132 kV high-voltage line SET Armillas – SET Casting Ros – SET Valdeconejos), following the environmental impact statement formulated by resolution of February 5, 2026, by INAGA.
