Paradas convoca una plaza de auxiliar administrativo con 88 aspirantes admitidos

The Paradas City Council has approved the final list of admitted and excluded persons, the composition of the tribunal, and the meeting dates to fill one position for administrative assistant as permanent labor staff through a competitive examination process. The decision is formalized in Mayor’s Resolution No. 937/2026, dated October 7, 2026, signed by the mayor-president Rafael Cobano Navarrete and the acting secretary Antonio Vicente Bustos Cabello. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville No. 197, Friday, October 9, 2026 (reference BOP-SE-2026-197010).

A vacancy arising from partial retirement

The called position corresponds to file 2026/SEL_01/000010 and is included in the City Council’s 2025 Public Employment Offer. Its filling responds to the need to cover the vacancy produced by the partial retirement of the position holder.

The rules governing the process were approved by Mayor’s Resolution No. 630/2026, dated July 9, 2026, published in the BOP of Seville No. 133, dated July 13, 2026. The call was also disseminated in the Official State Gazette No. 192, dated August 7, 2026.

88 admitted and 16 definitively excluded

Following the appeals period, the final list of admitted persons consists of 88 applicants, led by Kevin Barrera Muñoz, Lucía Barrera Revidiego, and María de los Ángeles Barrones Ramírez. The final list of excluded persons consists of 16 people, including Carolina de Andrés Benítez, Isabel María Bascón Hurtado, and Dolores Carrasco Fernández.

The reasons for exclusion are detailed by codes in the annex of the resolution:

  • Failure to submit Annex II of the application for participation.
  • Failure to prove the equivalence of the Primary School Graduate or Secondary Education Graduate degree.
  • Failure to provide a copy of the degree or its reverse side, academic certification, or proof of application for the degree.
  • Failure to justify the payment of the 20-euro fee for access rights to selective tests.
  • Failure to submit a copy of the National Identity Document or passport.
  • Having submitted documents before the start of the call period.

Previously, Mayor’s Resolution No. 772/2026, dated September 10, had declared the provisional list, published in the BOP of Seville No. 180, dated September 16, 2026, and displayed on the Electronic Edicts Board between September 17 and 30. During that period, 27 correction requests were registered.

Appeals and effects

An optional appeal for reversal may be filed against the resolution within one month from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Seville within two months, according to article 46 of Law 29/1998.

The publication closes the admission phase and opens the effective calendar of the tests, such that the 88 admitted applicants now know the dates, the venue and the conditions of a process that will decide the filling of a permanent position in the City Council.
