Paradas convoca 35.000 euros en subvenciones para sus clubes deportivos

The Paradas City Council has approved the public call for grants intended for sports associations based in the municipality for the 2026 fiscal year, with a budget of 35,000.00 euros. The resolution is signed by the mayor-president, Rafael Cobano Navarrete, and its summary is published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville number 201, corresponding to Friday, October 16, 2026, on page 161, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-201025.

A 35,000 euro call for the local sports fabric

The call is processed under file number 2026/SYU_01/000049 and is identified in the National Grants Database with number 935210, where its full text can be consulted. The announcement bears summary number 222890.

The regulatory framework for the measure consists of the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville number 230, dated October 3, 2019. The Fourth Base of those regulations grants the mayor-president the authority to approve the call through an express resolution, in which the deadline for submitting applications must be specified. The resolution also invokes the powers conferred upon the councilor by Article 21.1, letters f) and s), of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime.

The publication of the summary complies with the provisions of Articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Grants.

Ten business days and electronic submission

The application period is ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province. Requests, along with their attached documentation, shall be addressed to the mayor-president of the Paradas City Council and submitted via the municipal Electronic Registry, in accordance with Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The call is also disseminated on the corporation’s Electronic Notice and Edict Board, accessible from the municipal electronic office (https://sede.paradas.es/), and in the Official Gazette of the province through the National Grants Database.

Technical pre-evaluation and grant proposal

The resolution orders the staff of the Sports Delegation to carry out the pre-evaluation of the applications, as established in the fourth point of Base XI of the regulatory bases. The results of this work will be reported to the Sectoral Sports Council, which is responsible for studying the files, issuing the report, and making the grant proposal.

The expenditure is authorized to be charged to budget allocation 0000.341.48900 of the 2026 municipal budget, currently in force, for a total amount of 35,000.00 euros. The resolution is dated in Paradas on October 7, 2026, and includes the intervention of the acting secretary of the corporation.

Impact on the municipality’s grassroots sports

The call for applications arrives with the sports season already underway and with local entities still pending the closure of their annual budgets. The 35,000 euros will be distributed among the sports associations based in Paradas that participate in the procedure, such that the amount finally assigned to each club will depend on the number of admitted applications and the technical assessment carried out by the Sports Delegation with the report from the Sectoral Sports Council.

The deadline is the critical factor: as it consists of ten business days from the day following publication, interested entities must formalize their application through the municipal Electronic Registry within a very tight timeframe. The call thus adds to the annual calendar of municipal grants and conditions the expenditure planning of local sports associations for the 2026 fiscal year.
