Deadlines and conditions
The technical-faculty specifications, approved by the Territorial Environment Service of Burgos, and the specific administrative clauses, approved by the City Council of Palacios de la Sierra, will be available to interested parties for 15 business days starting the day after publication in the gazette, both at the Secretariat and on the town hall’s notice board. Within this period, claims or allegations may be submitted to the entity’s Plenary.
Offers may be submitted in a sealed envelope or through the single window until the moment of the auction, and the opening will take place immediately thereafter. The bidding will be governed by the non-repealed precepts of the former ICONA, in addition to the aforementioned specifications.
Second call
If any harvest remains unawarded, it will be repeated in a second call on Thursday, October 8, 2026, under the same conditions. The announcement, signed on August 6, 2026, by the mayor, Raquel Munguía Medina, thus offers an opportunity for loggers and forestry companies in the region to access Scots pine from public forests.
