Outes and Cabana summon the owners for the expropriations of the paths

The Galician Infrastructure Agency, through the Provincial Service of A Coruña, has announced the dates for drafting the pre-occupation minutes and formalizing the occupation minutes of the assets and rights affected by two pedestrian and cyclist path projects in the municipalities of Outes and Cabana de Bergantiños. The summons, signed by the head of the service, Felipe de la Vega Gándaras, were published in the Official Gazette of Galicia (DOG no. 161, of August 26, 2026).

The final approval of the layout and construction projects implies the declaration of public utility and the urgency of the occupation of the lands, according to the provisions of article 22.5 of Law 8/2013, of June 28, on Galician roads. The processing of the expropriation files complies with article 52 of the Forced Expropriation Law, of December 16, 1954, and articles 56 and following of its Regulation, of April 26, 1957, by virtue of the competence delegated by the Order of September 7, 2017.

Pedestrian and cyclist path on the AC-550, in Outes

The resolution of August 12, 2026, summons the owners affected by the project Promotion of sustainable mobility. Pedestrian and cyclist itinerary on the AC-550, code AC/25/086.06, approved by the Xunta de Galicia on May 25, 2026, and published in DOG no. 103, of June 4.

• Pre-occupation minutes: September 30 and October 1, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours, in the Plenary Hall of the Outes City Council.
• Occupation minutes: November 24 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours, in the same location.

Path in Nantón, on the AC-552, in Cabana de Bergantiños

The resolution of August 17, 2026, summons the owners affected by the construction project of the path in Nantón, road AC-552, code AC/22/162.06, approved on March 16, 2026, and published in DOG no. 55, of March 24.

• Pre-occupation minutes: September 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 hours, in the Plenary Hall of the Cabana de Bergantiños City Council.
• Occupation minutes: November 19, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 hours, in the same location.

Documentation and payments

Owners must attend personally or be represented by a duly authorized person, providing their national identity document, documents proving ownership, and the account certificate with IBAN and BIC codes to receive payments via bank transfer. The list of owners and the parcel plan are on display in the city councils and at the Provincial Service of A Coruña (rúa Vicente Ferrer, no. 2, 8th floor, A Coruña).

Once the previous minutes have been drafted and the credit enabled, the agency will pay the previous deposits and the compensation for rapid occupation; in the event that the banking documentation is not provided, the amount will be deposited in the Caixa Xeral de Depósitos. At the time of formalization, the valuations established by the Administration for the purpose of mutual agreement will be offered to the owners.

These actions are part of the promotion of sustainable mobility on regional roads, which will allow for the completion of safe pedestrian and cyclist itineraries in two municipalities of the province of A Coruña, benefiting both the residents and the people who travel these routes.
