Ourense initiates sanctioning proceedings for transport of goods without a title

The Ourense Mobility Service, under the Department of Presidency, Justice and Sports, notifies the initiation of sanctioning proceedings OU-00523-O-2026 for carrying out public transport of goods in a light vehicle without an enabling title. The proposed fine amounts to 801 euros, with a possible 30% reduction for prompt payment. The announcement, signed on August 20, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Galicia number 169, of September 7, 2026.

The notification is carried out as postal notification proved unsuccessful, in accordance with article 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The effectiveness of this notification is subject to its publication on the single notice board of the Official State Gazette.

Deadlines and rights of the interested party

The interested party has a period of fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official State Gazette, to formulate allegations and present or propose the evidence they consider appropriate. In the event of opting for voluntary payment before thirty days have elapsed since the publication in the Official State Gazette, the amount will be reduced by 30% in the manner provided for in article 146.3 of Law 16/1987, of July 30, on the regulation of land transport. Making this payment implies agreement with the reported facts, the waiver of formulating allegations, and the conclusion of the sanctioning procedure.
