The City Council has definitively approved the Ordizia Housing Plan

The Ordizia City Council has definitively approved the Housing Plan Ordinance, a decision taken during the ordinary meeting on April 29, 2026, and since no claims were filed during the public exhibition period, the plan is considered definitively approved. The announcement has been published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (EHAA), issue number 159, dated August 21, 2026, in the document with reference 2026/3672.

The Ordizia City Council approved the initial approval of the Housing Plan Ordinance in the ordinary meeting of April 29. Subsequently, as the public exhibition period expired and no claims were filed, the plan is considered definitively approved.

The publication is carried out in accordance with Article 127 of RDL 781/1986 (April 18) and Article 16 of the Law 6/1989 of the Basque Public Function (July 6). The document will be available to interested parties on the Ordizia City Council website (www.ordizia.eus).

Appeals and deadlines

This agreement exhausts the administrative route, and according to Article 18 of Provincial Regulation 21/2003, the following appeals may be filed:

  • Contentious-administrative appeal at the Contentious-Administrative Court of Donostia, within a period of two months.
  • Appeal for reconsideration (optional) before the same body that took the decision, within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the announcement.

This decision definitively establishes the local regulations governing the housing policy of Ordizia, and the appeal routes are open to citizens and organizations.
