Public orders admitted by the court for the administrative position

The Ordes City Council has taken a step forward in the selection process to permanently fill an administrative position as a career civil servant, corresponding to Group C, Subgroup C1, general Administration scale, administrative subscale. The Mayor’s Office, through resolution nº 1189 of September 1, 2026, approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants and appointed the qualifying tribunal, in a process included in the 2023 Public Employment Offer (OPE) of the Ordes City Council.

The resolution, signed by the acting mayor Ana Soneira Liñares on September 2, was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 170, on Monday, September 7, 2026, under announcement number 2026/5748.

Provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants

Following the deadline for the submission of applications, the Mayor’s Office resolved, under Base 4 (general conditions), Base 5 (submission of applications), and Base 8 (admission) of the procedure, to approve the provisional list of persons who may participate in the selection process by open competition. The list includes a total of 41 admitted applicants and 4 excluded.

  • 41 admitted applicants, including Noelia Agromartín Vázquez, Ignacio Boado Brenlla, María Gabriela Cabanas Veira, Adriana Calviño Beirola, Joaquín Crujeiras Rivas, Pablo Díaz Cotelo, Sonia Díaz Villadoniga, Marina Fernández Alcol, Lorena Ferreño Grela, Ana María Fraga Puente, Uxía Lata García, Lucía Liste Martínez, Paula Martínez Cereijo, Rocío Miras Vidal, Cristina Montaña López, Ana Belén Moreira Seco, Nerea Haydee Arín, Anxo Pazos Viña, Daniel Peña Amado, Eva Pose Lema, David Rebolo Magariños, Xesús Manuel Ríos Peña, María Rocha García, María del Carmen Rodríguez Vaamonde, Raquel Sánchez Mella, Carlos Sanjurjo Rey, Gema Sierra Pereira, Sergio Suárez Pose, Javier Triñanes López, Aloia Valencia Abad, and Antón Varela Gestoso, among others.
  • 4 excluded applicants: María de Carmen Manteiga Gende, Liliana Pérez Villanueva, Cristina Vilariño Blanco, and María Irene Villar López.

The causes for exclusion listed in the resolution are as follows:

  • a) Not possessing a high school diploma (bachillerato), technical degree, or equivalent, or not being in a position to obtain it by the end of the application submission period.
  • b) Failure to present proof of payment of fees.
  • c) Submitting the application after the deadline.

The provisional list will be automatically considered final if no appeals are filed within the established period.

Appointment of the qualifying tribunal

The same resolution proceeds to the appointment of the tribunal that shall qualify the selection process, composed of civil servant personnel from the council itself and from the local Administration with national authorization:

  • President: Marcos Barreiro Fontenla, civil servant of the general Administration scale, management sub-scale of the Council of Ordes.
  • Substitute President: Javier Siro Suárez Rodríguez, civil servant of the local Administration scale with national authorization.
  • 1st member: Diego García Fariña, local police; substitute: Iván Otero Iglesias, local police officer.
  • 2nd member: María del Carmen Iglesias Remuiñán; substitute: Fátima Rodríguez Liste.
  • 3rd member: Yolanda Cela Villaverde; substitute: José Roberto Prado Mosquera.
  • Secretary: Rocío Varela Rodríguez; substitute: Alberto Moar Tobío.

Publication and monitoring

The resolution provides for its publication on the council’s website and on the electronic office of the Council of Ordes, so that applicants can consult their status and, if applicable, present the appropriate allegations before the list is elevated to final.

The filling of this administrative position, framed within the 2023 OPE (Public Employment Offer), represents an advance in the consolidation of the municipal personnel of Ordes, in a process that directly affects the applicants and the council’s capacity to reinforce its administrative structure.
