Onzonilla summons 104 applicants for the exam for two Assistant positions

The Onzonilla City Council has approved the final resolution of persons admitted and excluded from the selection process to fill two Administrative Assistant positions, civil servant staff, in the general shift. The resolution, signed by Mayor Diego Lorenzana Rodríguez on October 14, 2026, summons the admitted persons to the two tests of the competitive phase on November 7 at 9:30 a.m. at the Faculty of Law of León. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León no. 198, Monday, October 19, 2026, with the official reference BOP-LE-2026-198008.

The procedure, processed under file 364/2024, began on April 30, 2024, and is now entering its final phase. The provisional list of admitted and excluded persons was published in BOP no. 117, of September 16, 2026, and on the municipal notice board; the appeals submitted have been resolved based on the certification from the Secretariat and the documentation provided by the appellants.

The resolution is issued under article 20 of Royal Decree 364/1995, of March 10, which approves the General Regulation for the Entry of Personnel into the Service of the General State Administration, and article 21.1.h) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime.

Two tests in a single day

The competitive phase is concentrated in a single call, according to the second point of the resolution:

• Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026.
• Time: 9:30 a.m.
• Location: Faculty of Law of the city of León.
• Tests: two exercises of the competitive phase.
• Positions at stake: two Administrative Assistants, civil servant staff.

The summons is addressed exclusively to those listed in Annex I of the resolution; persons included in Annex II are excluded from the process.

104 admitted and 49 excluded

Annex I lists 104 persons admitted in the general shift, although the numbering of the list goes up to number 112, with one repeated number (19) and a jump between 90 and 100. Annex II lists 49 excluded persons, coded with four reasons:

• I) Annex I – Uncorrectable.
• II) Not corrected.
• III) Out of time.
• IV) Lack of ID (DNI).

The list contains at least one duplication: Francisco Crespo Díez appears as admitted with number 10 in Annex I and as excluded, for the reason “not corrected,” with number 7 in Annex II, with the same partially hidden ID.

Publication and means of appeal

The resolution orders its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the electronic office of the Onzonilla City Council (ayuntamientodeonzonilla.sedelectronica.es). Two paths are available against the agreement:

• Optional appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) before the same body that issued it, within one month from the day following its publication (articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1).
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of León, within two months from the day following its publication (article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13).

Both options are understood without prejudice to any other action or appeal that the interested parties deem appropriate for the defense of their rights.

The call comes after more than two years of processing and with a ratio of about fifty applicants per position, meaning that the exam on November 7 will be decisive for the 104 candidates remaining in the process. Furthermore, the publication of the final list closes the period for allegations and opens the calendar for appeals, a relevant step for those who have been excluded for correctable reasons or for late submission.
