Eleven approved in nursing: La Rioja publishes the definitive list of vacancies

The Official Bulletin of La Rioja number 154, published this Thursday, August 13, 2026, announces the final list of the eleven people who passed the selection tests for the Health Scale of the Middle-Level Faculty Corps of Special Administration (Nurse) and the eleven vacancies they may choose. Resolution 1981/2026, of August 11, of the General Directorate of Civil Service, grants the applicants a period of twenty business days to submit the required documentation and request a post.

The selection process FA.30/22-25 was called by Resolution 1903/2025, of August 14, 2025, of the Ministry of Finance, Public Governance, Digital Society and Government Spokespersonship, published in BOR number 160, of August 20, 2025. The final list of successful candidates was drawn up on August 4, 2026, by the Selection Board, while the vacancies to be chosen were submitted on August 3, in accordance with bases 8.3 and 10.1 of the call.

The resolution, signed in Logroño by the Director General of Civil Service, Ángel Sáinz Yangüela, is issued in exercise of the powers under article 17.d) of Decree 51/2023, of July 14, in implementation of Law 3/2023, of March 3, on the organization of the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja.

The eleven successful candidates

With final scores ranging from 87.60 to 78.57 points, the final list (Annex I) is made up of:

Deadline and documentation

The successful candidates will have twenty business days, counting from the day following publication, to submit:

  • A copy of their ID card or NIE, unless they have authorized electronic verification.
  • A copy of the Social Security affiliation document, where applicable.
  • A copy of the qualification required in base 2.1.c) or proof of payment of the issuance fees.
  • A sworn statement of not having been dismissed from any public administration and not being disqualified from public employment.
  • A medical certificate from the occupational risk prevention service of the General Directorate of Civil Service (c/ San Juan Pablo II, 2, Logroño).
  • Certification of disability and of compatibility for those who certify a degree equal to or greater than 33%.
  • A negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders, given the possible care of minors.

Those who do not submit the documentation within the deadline, except in cases of force majeure, may not be appointed as career civil servants and their actions will be annulled.

Eleven vacancies between Health and Education

The vacancies to be chosen (Annex II), at level 21 and subgroup A2, are offered to newly recruited civil servants from the 2023-2025 Public Employment Offer and are distributed as follows:

  • “Espíritu Santo” Elderly Residence in Calahorra: 4 positions, specific supplement of €9,799.92, rotating 24-hour shifts.
  • “Santa Lucía” Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Fuenmayor: 4 positions, €9,799.92, rotating shifts.
  • “Marqués de Vallejo” Special Education Centre (Logroño): 1 position for an outpatient nurse, €7,751.40, afternoon shift.
  • I.E.S. “La Laboral” in Lardero: 1 position, €7,751.40.
  • Directorate General for Educational Innovation and Planning (Logroño): 1 position, €7,751.40.

The request for destination shall be made in order of preference using the form available at www.larioja.org/empleopublico (path ‘Oposiciones’, ‘Administración General’, ‘Procesos Selectivos OEP 2022’), within the same deadline. The assignment shall be final, with effects equivalent to a competitive procedure, in accordance with Decree 78/1991 of 28 November and article 35 of Law 3/1990 of 29 June on the Civil Service; anyone who does not obtain the requested destination will receive one of the vacancies. An appeal may be lodged against this resolution with the Department of Finance and Public Administration within one month.

With this publication, the path is cleared for the incorporation of new health workforce in the Riojan Administration, with destinations ranging from elderly residences and disability care centres to educational centres in Logroño, Lardero, Calahorra and Fuenmayor. Once the deadline has passed, the BOR will publish the appointment as career civil servants of those who have submitted the documentation on time and in due form, with the assigned destination.
