Olot initially approves the urban improvement plan for Garcia Robles I

The Local Governing Board of Olot initially approved, in the ordinary session of September 24, 2026, the Urban Improvement Plan for the volume regulation of the area of action polygon 17.02 Garcia Robles I. The agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOP) number 199, dated October 15, 2026, via edict 8787 (official reference BOP-2026_0_199_8787, p. 1-1), which opens a one-month period for public information. The planning directly affects the owners and neighbors of the sector.

The approved document is a derived planning instrument drafted by the architect Francesc Baquer Font, from the Civiva studio, dated February 2026. The file is framed within article 85.4 of Legislative Decree 1/2010, of August 3, which approves the Recast Text of the Urban Planning Law of Catalonia, as amended by Law 3/2012, of February 22.
