Oleiros appoints an architect and a professional counselor

The Oleiros City Council has formalized two new municipal personnel appointments, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 167, of September 2, 2026 (announcement 2026/5684). These consist of a career civil servant architect and a professional counselor with a permanent employment contract, reinforcing the technical and social structure of the council.

The agreements were signed on August 28, 2026, by the second deputy mayor delegated for Human Resources, Margarita Figueroa Vázquez, by virtue of Mayoral Decree No. 2023003281, of June 21. Publication in the official gazette provides publicity and full effect to the appointments, a standard requirement in local public employment.

Appointment of the architect

The first of the agreements appoints career civil servant personnel to the position of architect, within the special administration scale, technical scale, superior sub-scale, group A, subgroup A1, with a destination supplement level of 26. The appointment was processed via resolution 2026004661, of August 7.

Appointment of the professional counselor

The second agreement appoints permanent contractual personnel to the position of professional counselor, via resolution 2026004694, of August 10. This is an incorporation that reinforces the social and guidance services of the council.
