Olías del Rey approves its public employment offer with seven positions.

The City Council of Olías del Rey has approved its public employment offer (OEP) for the year 2026, with a total of seven labor positions: four service assistants in municipal buildings and facilities and three cleaners. The resolution, signed by the mayor, María del Rosario Navas Cabezas, on 5 August 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Toledo number 153, of 13 August 2026, page 48 (official reference 2026.00003629).

The offer is framed within the 2026 municipal budget, approved by the full council in ordinary session on 9 March 2026 and definitively published in the BOP of Toledo No. 72, of 20 April 2026, together with the staffing list. As prior procedures, the minutes of the Joint Negotiation Board of 27 May 2026 and the modification of the list of job positions, agreed by the full council on 13 July 2026 and published in BOP No. 138, of 23 July, with a subsequent correction of errors in No. 143, of 30 July 2026, are recorded.

The resolution is issued under Article 21.1.g) of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the Bases of Local Government, which attributes to the Mayor’s office the approval of the public employment offer, and includes the proposal submitted by the Department of Personnel, Culture and Festivals dated 5 August 2026.

The positions offered

The Olías del Rey OEP comprises two professional categories, all of them open-access and of labor nature:

• 4 positions for service assistants in municipal buildings and facilities (classification group C2, General Administration scale, open class).
• 3 cleaner positions (classification group AP, General Administration scale, open class).

As these are open-access positions, any person who meets the requirements established in the terms of each call may participate in the processes, without requiring previous links with the Administration.

Call within three years

The agreement establishes a non-extendable period of three years, counted from the date of publication of the offer in the provincial gazette, to call the positions in execution of the OEP. Within that period, the City Council must approve and publish the specific terms of each selection process.

In addition to its insertion in the Official Gazette of the Province of Toledo, the offer will be published on the notice board of the Corporation and on the City Council’s electronic site. The resolution likewise orders that the agreement be reported to the full council at its next session, and the document can be verified on the gazette’s website using the verification code 2026.00003629.

With these seven positions, Olías del Rey strengthens its municipal workforce in essential profiles for the maintenance and cleaning of public buildings and facilities, and opens a stable public employment pathway in the Toledo region. Interested parties must follow the terms of each call, which will be published in the official bulletin and on the municipal electronic office within the aforementioned three-year period.
