Ojos Albos opens public information for the La Pajarera sports complex

The Ojos Albos City Council has opened the public information period for the basic and execution project of the La Pajarera Municipal Sports and Youth Complex, a work of neighborhood interest that will be subject to allegations for twenty days. This is stated in the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila number 177, dated September 14, 2026, under file number 1804/26.

The period of twenty business days begins to count from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette, and during that period, the file may be consulted through the channels enabled by the council itself. The processing is based on the commencement order dated August 13, 2026.

The opening of the procedure is carried out in compliance with Article 134 of the General Regulations of the Public Administration Contracts Law and Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The facility is projected in Polygon 14, Plot 63, of the municipality of Ojos Albos (Ávila), and its purpose is the construction of a sports and youth complex for the municipality.
