O Corgo appoints the tribunal for the CEIP concierge position

The Corgo City Council has announced the final list of admitted and excluded candidates and the appointment of the tribunal for the selective process to fill, via a competitive examination (concurso-oposición), one part-time janitor position at the CEIP do Corgo. The resolution, signed by Mayor Felipe Labrada Reija on August 20, 2026, was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo number 193, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, under reference R. 2275.

The announcement, issued in accordance with the provisions of the fifth base of the call, includes both the final list of applicants and the composition of the qualifying tribunal and the date of its constitution. This is one more step in the selection process for a labor position linked to the school community of the Corgo educational center.

Final list of admitted candidates

The resolution confirms the final list of persons admitted to participate in the selective process, with no exclusions recorded. The two admitted applicants are listed as exempt from the Galician language test:

• María Sandra Rodríguez Álvarez (exempt from Galician exam)
• María Vanesa Fernández López (exempt from Galician exam)

The announcement itself warns that appearing on the list of admitted candidates does not prejudice the recognition of the required requirements of the procedure for the interested parties.

Composition of the tribunal

The qualifying tribunal is composed of personnel from the educational center and the city council itself, with the following composition:

• President: Sara Fernández Rey, director of CEIP do Corgo
• Secretary: Ana J. Fernández Reija, Administrative Section Head of the Corgo City Council
• Member: Mª Belén Méndez Rodríguez, teacher at CEIP do Corgo
• Member: Mª del Mar Marey Rodríguez, administrative assistant of the Corgo City Council
• Member: Marta Jacob Trashorras, Employment Agent of the Corgo City Council

Serving as substitutes are Constantino Vila Abuín, Accounting Section Head; Rocío Díaz Núñez, youth counselor; and Sonia Tallón Parga, social worker, all from the Corgo City Council.

Constitution and calendar

The tribunal will be constituted on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Corgo City Hall. From that date, the first exercise must be held within a maximum period of 140 calendar days, announced at least 5 calendar days in advance.

The day, time, and place of the test will be published on the city council’s website, on the notice board, and on the electronic headquarters. Subsequent publications regarding the call will be disseminated via www.concellodocorgo.com, on the edicts board of the electronic headquarters, and at the locations where the tests are carried out.

The publication of this resolution closes the admission phase and activates the calendar of the selection process, which directly affects the applicants and the school community of CEIP do Corgo, pending the tribunal’s resolution on the definitive filling of the part-time janitor position.
