O Carballiño announces the administrative assistant exam for November 12

The Carballiño City Council has summoned the 55 admitted persons in the selection process for two administrative assistant positions in General Administration (Group C2) to take the first exercise of the competitive examination, which will be held on November 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at IES N.º 1 do Carballiño. The call appears in the announcement published by the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 22, 2026, in section IV of Local Entities, and derives from the resolutions of the Delegated Department of Personnel no. 2026-1740, of October 14, and no. 2026-1769, of October 16, issued in file no. 8235/2025. The same agreement closes the list of candidates and confirms the final composition of the qualifying tribunal.

Two C2 positions by open competition

The process covers the permanent provision of two administrative assistant positions in General Administration, classified in Group C2, through the open competition system. The resolution approves the final list of admitted and excluded candidates, once the claims process has closed, thus fixing the number of participants who will take the test.

The final list is configured as follows:

• 55 admitted candidates who will take the exam.
• 5 definitively excluded candidates, with express indication of the cause.
• 1 excluded candidate for submitting the application after the deadline.

The exclusions are divided between two reasons: three for lack of ID (code M2) and two for applications submitted after the deadline (code M4). The cases are those of Sarah Bouyoucef Lounici, Mirian Caride Rodriguez, and Ania Ferreiro Ferradas, for cause M2, and those of Marta Canellas Balaguer and Ylenia Perez Pilido, for cause M4.

The announcement also makes express record of the situation of Antón Bello Carrillo, with ID 493***22C, whose application for participation was submitted on March 30, 2026, outside the period established in the call, therefore his inclusion in the final list of admitted persons is not appropriate.

Final qualifying tribunal

The second of the agreements confirms the final composition of the selection body, with titulars and substitutes for each position:

• Presidency: Montserrat Casas Cabido, with Pilar do Carmen Saborido Díaz as substitute.
• Member 1: Luís Nieves Alonso, substitute Asperxo Costoyas Riveiro.
• Member 2: Patricia Hernández Estévez, substitute María Jesús Romero Chillón.
• Member 3: Julia Rodríguez Fernández, substitute Gerardo Justo Pazos.
• Secretariat: María Eugenia Pérez Antón, substitute María Xema González Rodríguez.

Venue, time, and requirements for the exam

The third of the resolutions formally summons the admitted persons for the first exercise of the competition, with the following data:

• Date: November 12, 2026.
• Time: 4:30 p.m.
• Place: IES N.º 1 do Carballiño, Rúa de Alberto Vilanova, s/n, 32500 O Carballiño (Ourense).

Applicants must arrive provided with their national identity document or an equivalent identification document that proves their identity. The absence of this document prevents, according to the usual regime of these tests, the verification of identity before the tribunal.

Appeal process against the resolution

Against the resolution, which ends the administrative route, an optional appeal for reversal (recurso potestativo de reposición) may be filed before the same body that issued it within one month starting from the day following its publication. Alternatively, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed directly before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Ourense within two months.

The publication closes the lists phase and starts the countdown to the test, such that any subsequent change of date, time, or venue must be communicated to the 55 admitted persons through the official channels of the city council.
