O Carballiño admits six candidates for employment guidance technician

The Carballiño City Council has definitively approved the list of admitted and excluded candidates in the selection process to fill one position as a labor guidance technician, called by competitive examination within the extraordinary process for the stabilization of temporary employment. The resolution leaves six admitted candidates and three excluded, and sets the date for the first exercise for Friday, October 16, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense of September 16, 2026, in section IV. Local Entities (official reference 352571).

The definitive approval was agreed upon by Decree of the Delegated Department of Personnel no. 2026-1483, dated September 4, 2026. The called position corresponds to code 12.00.00.03 and is part of the city council’s extraordinary process for the stabilization of temporary employment. Along with the list of candidates, the decree maintains the composition of the qualifying tribunal and determines the date, time, and place for the first test.

The same city council published two days earlier, in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense of September 14, 2026, the definitive list for another labor guidance technician position, identified by code 12.00.00.04 and processed by Decree no. 2026-1484, also dated September 4. In that case, there were seven admitted persons and three excluded, and the first exercise was set for the same October 16, at 12:00 hours.

Six admitted and three excluded

The definitive list of admitted persons consists of:

• Modesto Arturo García Puga (*2808).
• Lara Villar Linares (*8597).
• Tania Doval Rodríguez (*6521).
• Iratxe García Blanco (*7338).
• Susana Campos González (*8711).
• Miriam Sampayo Rodríguez (*8003).

Three people remain excluded, identified by codes *4654, *1472 and *8658. The three causes for exclusion correspond to code ME4, which indicates the lack of proof of payment of fees; in two of the cases, it is further added that the provided proof does not specify the position for which the candidate is applying.

The qualifying tribunal

The selection body maintains the composition already established and is formed by:

• Presidency: Sonia Calvo Tato, titular, and Luis Nieves Alonso, substitute.
• Secretariat: Sergio Mascareñas Nogueiras, titular, and María Eugenia Pérez Antón, substitute.
• Titular members: María Cinta Rodríguez Arocas, Montserrat Casas Cabido and Alfonso Medela Cristóbal.
• Substitute members: Mónica Parada López, Marina Pérez Rey and Celia Purificación Salceda Civeira.

First exercise on October 16

The first test of the process will be held with the following coordinates:

• Date: Friday, October 16, 2026.
• Time: 10:00 hours.
• Place: meeting room of the Carballiño City Council.
• Address: Praza Maior, núm. 1, 32500 O Carballiño (Ourense).

Applicants must appear at the indicated place on the specified date and time, provided with the identification documentation required by the regulations and by the regulatory bases of the selection process. The announcement is published for general knowledge and, in particular, for the admitted and excluded persons.

The publication closes the admission phase and opens the effective preparation period for the tests, such that the six applicants already know the exact date of the exam and the three excluded persons have the formal motivation for their exclusion. For all residents, the announcement confirms the progress of the temporary employment stabilization process in the Carballiño City Council, which concentrates in October the celebration of the first two exercises for job guidance positions.
