O Barco regulates the public price for the 2026 Pandillas Festival

The City Council of Barco de Valdeorras has established and ordered the public price for the Festa das Pandillas 2026, setting a fee of 12 euros per ticket for access to the services of the local festival. The measure was approved by the Local Government Board in the session of September 9, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 11, 2026 (resolution R. 2.176).

Regulatory Framework

The regulating agreement is based on articles 41 to 47 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law regulating local finances. The Local Government Board acted in the exercise of the powers delegated by the Plenary of the Corporation on November 2, 2023.

The public price is triggered by the request for the services that constitute the taxable object, namely, the provision of the service “Festa das Pandillas 2026” itself.

Payment Obligations and Management

Natural or legal persons and entities referred to in article 35.4 of the General Tax Law who access the festival services are obliged to pay. The amount is determined by a fixed quantity:

• 12 euros per ticket, as a single fee for access to the services.
• Payment shall be made in advance through the acquisition of the ticket by the means determined by the City Council.

Infractions and Final Provisions

Acts or omissions constituting an infraction or fraud shall be qualified and sanctioned in accordance with article 181 and following of the General Tax Law and other applicable provisions. For everything not expressly regulated in the agreement, the General Collection Ordinance shall apply.

The agreement shall enter into force on the day following the publication of its full text in the official gazette, remaining in effect until its express modification or repeal. The text will be available on the City Council’s electronic headquarters (https://sede.concellodobarco.gal), and the Mayor’s Office is authorized to sign the documents related to the matter. The agreement was signed by the mayor, Aurentino Alonso Araújo.
