How to submit allegations

Interested parties may submit any allegations they deem appropriate to the Coll de Nargó City Council while the open deadlines are in effect. Prior consultation of the file is possible both at the municipal Secretariat and on the council’s electronic headquarters.

The opening of the procedure gives a voice to the neighborhood and the entities of the municipality before the license is resolved, so that the observations submitted may condition the content of the final resolution. Once the deadlines have expired, it will be the responsibility of the City Council to resolve the environmental license requested by PLENERGY GRUPO, SL.
