Officials of the Educational Technical Scale of Castilla-La Mancha appointed

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has appointed career civil servants and assigned permanent posts to the individuals who passed the open competitive selection process for the Educational Technical Scale. The resolution, signed on August 31, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 171, dated September 7, 2026, with reference 2026/6403.

The selection process was convened by a resolution of the same general directorate on December 5, 2024, published in the DOCM number 244, dated December 18, 2024. Following the completion of the process, the posts were offered to the successful candidates via a resolution on August 11, 2026, published in the DOCM number 155, dated August 14, 2026.

Appointment and Assignment of Posts

In accordance with the eleventh clause of the call for applications, and once the requests for positions and the required documentation were submitted, the resolution appoints career civil servants to the Educational Technical Scale and assigns them a permanent post according to Annex I. Those appointed must take possession of the post within one month from the day following its publication in the DOCM, except in cases of illness or force majeure duly proven.

The taking of possession shall take place at the Personnel Department of the body or agency to which the assigned post is attached. For this purpose, the declaration provided for in Article 13 of Royal Decree 598/1985, of April 30, or, where applicable, the request for compatibility under Article 10 of Law 53/1984, of December 26, on Incompatibilities of Personnel in the Service of Public Administrations, must be made.

Assigned Posts

Annex I lists the assignment of two positions for University Diploma in Early Childhood Education, level 21, with a specific supplement of 8,124.84 euros and a standard working day, both at the El Alfar Early Childhood School in Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), attached to the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports:

Appeals

The resolution exhausts the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha within two months of its publication, or, optionally, a request for reversal before the General Directorate of the Civil Service within one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.

The resolution is signed by the Director General of the Civil Service, José Narváez Vila, exercising the delegation of powers from the Minister of Finance, Public Administrations, and Digital Transformation.

With this appointment, the staff of the Educational Technical Scale is consolidated and the staffing levels in the region’s early childhood education centers are reinforced, guaranteeing the stable coverage of educator positions in the public network of Castilla-La Mancha.
