Appointed as a trainee official in the Executive Corps of Aragon

The General Directorate of Public Service of the Government of Aragon has appointed Ana Villuendas Sanz as a civil servant trainee of the Executive Corps of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, in the Scale of Faculty Assistants, Planners, and Calculators. The resolution, signed on August 11, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 164, dated August 25, 2026, and sets the candidate’s start date for September 1.

The appointment follows the successful completion of the competitive examination phase of the selection tests called by the resolution of November 19, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 234, dated December 2, 2024, with call code 240124. The resolution verifies the fulfillment of the requirements demanded in base 10 of the call and is issued in accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the aforementioned base.

Status and Remuneration Scheme

The status of civil servant trainee will apply to the candidate from September 1, 2026, the date on which she must report to the assigned department, and will be maintained until her appointment as a career civil servant or, if applicable, until a declaration of “not fit.” During this period, the remuneration scheme established in article 8.6 of Law 4/1998, of April 8, on fiscal, financial, asset, and administrative measures, as amended by article 22 of Law 14/2014, of December 30, on Fiscal and Administrative Measures of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, shall apply.

The appointment as a civil servant trainee will not entail the effective performance of the position until the appointment as a career civil servant, derived from the very nature of the appointment.

Training Course and Resources

In accordance with base 1.3 of the call, the internship period includes a training course that will be selective with a final evaluation and will be mandatory for those who passed, who will be notified of the start date in due course.

An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against this resolution, which does not exhaust administrative remedies, before the Minister of Finance, Interior and Public Administration within one month from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure, and article 64.1 of Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon. The resolution is signed by delegation, by virtue of the Order of June 24, 2026, by the Technical General Secretary, Laura Moreno Casado.

The publication of this appointment represents a significant step toward filling technical positions in the Aragonese administration by incorporating new personnel into the scale of faculty assistants, and is of particular interest to candidates and to the personnel management of the Diputación General de Aragón, whose Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Food will be reinforced starting next September.
