Noia publica os locais gratuítos para a campaña electoral de novembro

The Zonal Electoral Board of Noia has established the official sites and public spaces reserved for the free holding of campaign events and for the placement of posters, banners, and streamers for the elections to the Congress of Deputies and the Senate on November 29, 2026. The list, certified by the body’s secretary, José Manuel Vaamonde Fernández, on October 20, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 201, corresponding to October 21, 2026, with the official reference 2026/6823.

The call stems from Royal Decree 806/2026, of October 5 (BOE number 248, of October 6, 2026), which dissolved both chambers and set the date for the polls for November 29. The Zonal Electoral Board of Noia was constituted on October 9, presided over by Lorena Tallón García, presiding judge of position number 1 of the Court of First Instance of Noia, with Nadia Santos Pita and Cristina Cao Romero as judicial members and Vaamonde Fernández himself as secretary.

The certification fulfills the legal mandate to reserve public spaces during the campaign period, which begins on November 13 and ends on the 27th, two days before the vote. The city councils submitted their proposals and the electoral board included them in full, with a list occupying nine pages of the provincial gazette.

Nine municipalities and a nine-page list

The list covers the municipalities within the jurisdiction of the Noia board: Porto do Son, Noia, Muros, Outes, Boiro, Mazaricos, Ribeira, A Pobra do Caramiñal, and Lousame. In Porto do Son, eleven spaces are reserved, including the Praza de España, the Praza do Curro in Portosín —both without time limits— and the cultural centers of Porto do Son, Portosín, Queiruga, San Pedro de Muro, Baroña, Miñortos, Ribasieira, Caamaño, and Xuño, open from 11:00 to 24:00 hours.

In Noia, the Teatro Coliseo Noela, the Casa da Cultura, the Casino, and the Casa da Agra are listed, with availability on specific dates in November from 19:30 to 22:30 hours, in addition to open spaces such as the Campo da Feria, the Alameda, the Praza do Tapal, and the Rúa do Curro, the latter two with time reservations.

Muros offers eight venues—from the hall of the Centro Social de Louro to the Centro Social de Sorribos, the Casa Reitoral de San Xián, or the Aula Sostible dos Outeiriños—and six public spaces, available every day from 10:00 to 22:00 hours. Outes reserves the Casa da Cultura da Serra de Outes, two one-room schools, and six social centers, while Boiro makes nine facilities with declared capacities available, from the 400 spaces of the Pavillón Praia Xardín to the 50 of the Centro Social de Cespón. Ribeira provides nine venues and fourteen open spaces, A Pobra do Caramiñal eleven spaces, and Lousame seven parishes with social centers and sports courts.

Posters, banners, and streamers

The second part of the announcement details the locations for printed propaganda. In Porto do Son, billboards of 4.40 by 2.20 meters are enabled at the cemetery, in the port area, on Avenida de Galicia, and at the Portosín breakwater, in addition to the lampposts of ten nuclei. In Noia, billboards are located in the Parque infantil da Alameda, Praza das Américas, and the garden of the Instituto Virxe do Mar; banners on Rúa San Bernardo, Pedra Sartaña, Obre-Estrada Xeral, and Vista Fermosa; and streamers on the lampposts of the Malecón de Gasset, Malecón de Cadarso, and Pedra Sartaña.

Muros has eight locations with supports of 3.66 by 1.83 meters and 7.32 by 1.83, while Outes reserves five spaces of 4.50 by 1.25 meters in Serra de Outes, Cruceiro de Roo, Ribeira do Freixo, Cruce de Cando, and Serantes. Boiro installs panels at the Escarabote pier, in front of the town hall, in Cabo de Cruz, Cespón, Abanqueiro, Cures, Bealo, and Moimenta-Macenda, and Ribeira lists sixteen billboards, from Praza do Concello to the Porto de Corrubedo.

Schedules, capacities, and limits

The councils have also set the conditions of use. Lousame details restrictions by parish—the Centro Social de Escabia is not available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—and Noia excludes Praza do Tapal on Sundays from 11:00 to 13:00 hours and Rúa do Curro on Thursdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 16:00 hours.

Mazaricos limits propaganda to ten panels—Campo da Feira da Picota, Centro Parroquial da Curra, Cruce de Suevos, Rotonda de Pino de Val, Centro Veciñal de Eirón, Recta de Santa Mariña, Aparcadoiro de San Cosme, Escola Unitaria das Espigas, Cruce de Beba, and Escola Unitaria de Cives—and warns that it will not be permitted in any other public domain space. Lousame applies the same prohibition for awnings, buildings, and other public elements.

The publication closes with a certification formula signed in Noia on October 20, 2026, by the secretary of the electoral board, and refers to the full text of the announcement for any inquiry regarding specific schedules.

The list has an immediate practical effect for the candidacies competing in the region: it establishes where they can hold rallies free of charge and where they can place their propaganda, under conditions that bind all parties equally and whose non-compliance can be corrected by the electoral board itself. For the residents, the announcement serves as the reference to know which squares, premises, and streets will be occupied during the two weeks of the campaign.
