Nogueira de Ramuín presents the 2025 General Account to the public

The City Council of Nogueira de Ramuín presents to the public the General Account for the 2025 financial year, once reported by the Special Accounts Commission in its session on August 26, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 2, 2026, in the local entities section, with the reference R. 2.107.

The exhibition is carried out in compliance with article 212 of the revised text of the Law regulating local treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. During the period of fifteen days, interested parties may present any claims, objections, or observations they deem appropriate.

Content of the General Account

The 2025 General Account of the City Council of Nogueira de Ramuín also integrates that of the Ribeira Sacra Tourism Consortium, in application of the second final provision of Law 27/2013, of December 27, on the rationalization and sustainability of local administration, which modifies Law 30/1992, of November 26.

The document reflects the budget liquidation and the economic and financial situation of the local entity and the tourism consortium at the close of the financial year, and constitutes the basis for the control and auditing of the municipal accounts.

Deadline and procedure for allegations

The public exhibition period enables citizen participation in the control of municipal accounts:

• Deadline of fifteen calendar days from the publication of the announcement.
• Claims, objections, and observations may be presented.
• These are addressed to the City Council of Nogueira de Ramuín by anyone who holds the status of an interested party.

The announcement was signed on August 31, 2026, by the mayor, Julio Carlos Temes Pereira.

The public exhibition of the General Account is a transparency mechanism that allows the residents of Nogueira de Ramuín to know how public resources were managed during 2025 and to formulate allegations before final approval.
