Nervión allocates 19,500 euros to subsidize neighborhood associations

The Municipal Board of the Nervión District of Seville has published a call for grants for a total amount of 19,500.00 euros to support the associative movement and encourage citizen participation in public affairs. The call is disseminated through extract no. 219632 of the resolution of the Second Deputy Mayor, dated August 19, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 165, of August 26, 2026, page 90.

Beneficiary Entities
Citizen entities that have their headquarters within the scope of the Nervión District and are registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Seville City Council may apply. Furthermore, they must include the defense of the general or sectoral interests of the residents of Seville among their objectives and must not be exclusively political, trade union, commercial, or religious in nature.
The purpose of the call is to strengthen and consolidate the associative movement of the district, with the aim of boosting citizen involvement in public affairs.

The resolution is issued by delegation of the Governing Board of the city of Seville, by agreement of October 4, 2024, and in the exercise of the functions of the President of the Municipal Board of the Nervión District, assumed by Mayoral resolution of September 4, 2024.

Interested entities will have a period of 20 calendar days to submit their applications, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville. The credit reserved for this call amounts to the sum of 19,500.00 euros.
