Nerea Monroy Rosal, new Counselor for Social Rights and Welfare

The President of the Principality of Asturias, Adrián Barbón Rodríguez, has appointed Nerea Monroy Rosal as Counselor for Social Rights and Welfare, a top-level position that places the new head in charge of all Asturian social policy.
