Navalmoral awards industrial plot to Guadaíra Servicios Ambientales

The City Council of Navalmoral de la Mata has awarded to Guadaíra Servicios Ambientales S.L. the disposal of a 5,229 m² plot in the “Campo Arañuelo” Industrial Estate for an amount of €62,749.00. The decision was adopted by the Local Government Board in a session on August 24, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0175, dated September 14, 2026, with reference CVE: BOP-2026-4284.

The agreement, signed by Mayor Enrique Hueso Retamosa on September 7, 2026, is part of the management of municipal assets and opens the door to new economic activity in one of the benchmark industrial estates of the Campo Arañuelo region.
