Navaleno approves new fees for the sports center and municipal swimming pools

The Navaleno City Council has definitively approved the modification of the Fiscal Ordinance Regulating the Fee for the Use of the Municipal Sports Center and Municipal Facilities, which updates the rates for the swimming pool, padel, motorhomes, and gymnastics for all users. The decision is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria, number 108, dated September 16, 2026, with official reference BOPSO-108-16092026.

The provisional plenary agreement was adopted in an ordinary session held on May 21, 2026, and was automatically elevated to definitive status as no claims were filed during the public exhibition period. The text, signed on September 9, 2026, by the mayor, Luis José Lucas Pérez, is published in compliance with article 17.4 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries.

New swimming pool rates

Article 7 of the ordinance sets the swimming pool season passes, with differentiated prices depending on whether the user holds a municipal card:

• Family pass: €70 with card / €100 without card.
• Individual pass: €50 / €70.
• Child pass: €35 / €46.
• Over 65s: €35 / €49.
• People with disabilities: €35 / €49.

The remaining pool services are managed by ticket or prior entry at the box office: the general admission is €3.60/day, children aged 5 to 14 €2/day, the 10-visit pass €32, and the 10-visit pass for children €15. Children aged 0 to 4 are exempt from payment.

Padel, sports center, and motorhomes

The hourly rates for the use of sports facilities are also updated, with a discount for municipal card holders:

• Padel: €4 with card / €8 without card; with lighting, €5 / €10.
• Sports center: €5 / €10; with lighting, €6 / €12.
• Motorhome per day: €3 / €5.
• Group overnight stay: €2 per person per night.

Extraordinary uses of the sports center are set at €150/day, with a mandatory deposit of €100 to guarantee the cleanliness and conservation of the facility, which will be returned after verification of its condition. The motorhome parking service allows a maximum stay of 3 consecutive days during periods when the campsite is open.

Gymnastics and aquagym

With the aim of strengthening the commitment of participants and ensuring the continuity and quality of the service, the rates for guided activities are updated:

• Monthly gymnastics: €10 with card / €20 without card.
• Monthly aquagym: €0 with card / €10 without card.

The amendment will enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria and will remain in effect until its express modification or repeal. With these new fees, the city council seeks to adjust the price of municipal services to their real cost, rewarding residents who hold the municipal card with discounts and affecting all users of the town’s sports facilities.
