Nava de la Asunción auctions seven plots and sells a parcel

The City Council of Nava de la Asunción has called for the auction of seven municipal plots on Fresno Street and, in parallel, a competition for the disposal of a plot at 10 Requijada Street. Both procedures are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia, number 103, dated August 28, 2026, on pages 35 and 36, and are part of the management of the municipality’s public land heritage.
The two operations stem from respective agreements of the Local Government Board: that of May 14, 2026, which authorizes the auction of the plots on Fresno Street, and that of May 29, 2026, which promotes the competition for the plot on Requijada Street. The specifications are available to interested parties at the municipal offices and on the council’s electronic headquarters.
Auction of seven plots on Fresno Street
The auction affects seven urban land properties (plots), all with an identical bidding price of 3,619.80 euros each, resulting in a total combined value of 25,338.60 euros. The assets for sale are:
- Calle Fresno, 13.
- Calle Fresno, 15.
- Calle Fresno, 17.
- Calle Fresno, 19.
- Calle Fresno, 21.
- Calle Fresno, 23.
- Calle Fresno, 25.
Proposals shall be submitted at the City Council Registry (Plaza Mayor, 1, C.P. 40450), from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, from the day following the publication of the announcement until the fifteenth calendar day thereafter. The opening of bids will take place at the Town Hall at twelve o’clock on the twentieth calendar day, moving to the next business day if it coincides with a Saturday or a non-working day.
Competition for the plot on Requijada Street
In parallel, the council calls for a competition for the disposal of a real estate asset from the public land heritage located at 10 Requijada Street (C), with an area of 1,934.12 square meters and a base bidding budget of 137,999.46 euros.
The deadline for submitting proposals extends from the day following the publication of the announcement until the twentieth calendar day thereafter, at the same municipal Registry and schedule. The opening of bids will be held at the Town Hall at twelve o’clock on the twenty-fifth calendar day, following the same criteria for moving to the next business day in the event of a Saturday or non-working day.
Procedure and participation
In both procedures, the submission method is manual, and proposals may also be submitted at any of the locations provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the respective specifications. The announcements are signed by the Mayor-President, Juan José Maroto Sáez, dated August 20, 2026.
The sale of these municipal plots represents an opportunity for individuals and developers to acquire urban land in Nava de la Asunción, while simultaneously allowing the City Council to obtain resources for its coffers through the disposal of its assets. Interested parties must pay close attention to the deadlines, which are counted in calendar days from the publication in the provincial bulletin.
