The Nava de Arévalo City Council has definitively awarded the disposal via public auction of a 9.3-hectare rural property located in the Las Zapateras area, according to the Mayoral Resolution of August 4, 2026. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila on August 28, 2026 (number 1744/26) for general knowledge and in compliance with transparency regulations.

Appeals against the resolution

- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Ávila, within two months, in accordance with Article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
If the appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the former is expressly resolved or dismissed by silence, without prejudice to any other appeal deemed appropriate.
