Narón appoints seven career officials from the 2023 and 2024 offers

The City Council of Narón has made public the list of seven people who, after passing the corresponding selection processes, were appointed and took office as career civil servants in the year 2026. The announcement, signed by Mayor Marian Ferreiro Diaz, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña (BOP) number 179, Friday, September 18, 2026, in the Local Administration section, with official reference 2026/6015.

Regulatory framework and origin of the positions

The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of base 14.4 of the general bases of the selection processes corresponding to the public employment offers of 2023 and 2024. This is, therefore, the final execution phase of two stabilization and position-filling calls that the Council has been processing for three years.

The document only includes the appointments formalized during the year 2026 and is signed in Narón on September 15, 2026, by the mayor, three days before its publication in the provincial gazette. The Mayor’s resolution is the legal instrument that covers each of the appointments, while the taking of office marks the effective start of the civil service relationship.

Seven positions divided into three subgroups

The filled positions are distributed among the general administration scale and three different subgroups:

• One position for senior technician of General Administration, subgroup A1, the highest qualification of the group.
• Five positions for administrative assistant, subgroup C1, all of them in the administrative sub-scale.
• One position for administrative auxiliary, subgroup C2, in the auxiliary sub-scale.

In total, six of the seven appointments are concentrated in subgroups C1 and C2, reflecting the weight of management and administrative support positions in the 2023 and 2024 calls.

• Almudena Pereira Fernández (DNI 32****43S), position code 1300025, administrative officer, subgroup C1, by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated 18.06.2026.
• Patricia Carmona Enriquez (DNI 32****70D), position code 1300009, administrative officer, subgroup C1, by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated 18.06.2026.
• Marta María Morado Leira (DNI 32****25N), position code 1300050, administrative officer, subgroup C1, by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated 18.06.2026.
• Victor Manuel Vilariño Calvo (DNI 32****18A), position code 1300002, administrative officer, subgroup C1, by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated 18.06.2026.
• Yolanda Rodríguez Grandal (DNI 76****25V), position code 1300026, administrative officer, subgroup C1, by resolution of the Mayor’s Office dated 18.06.2026.

Assumption of office and effects

The seven individuals took possession of their positions on the same day, July 1, 2026, as detailed in the announcement. The only exception in the processing is that of the senior technician of General Administration position, whose appointment resolution is dated June 16, two days before the remaining six, all of which were issued on June 18, 2026.

The coincidence of the assumption of office on a single day implies that the seven public employees joined the municipal offices simultaneously at the beginning of the second half of the year.

The publication in the BOP closes the administrative procedure and grants official publicity to the appointments, a standard requirement for their effectiveness against third parties.

The information is of direct interest to the candidates who participated in the 2023 and 2024 calls, to the active municipal staff, and to any citizen wishing to verify the composition of the civil service staff of the Narón City Council.
