Næstved court declares Fundingselskabet Danmark ApS bankrupt after dissolution request
Por FactBox Admin

The Retten i Næstved (Næstved Court) has taken Fundingselskabet Danmark ApS into bankruptcy by decree dated 2 October 2026, acting on a request received on 16 September 2026. The order was published in Statstidende on 6 October 2026 as notice S02102026-136, in the gazette’s bankruptcy section. Creditors have four weeks from publication to report their claims to the trustee appointed by the court.
Statstidende is Denmark’s official gazette for legal announcements, issued by Civilstyrelsen under the Justitsministeriet (Ministry of Justice). Bankruptcy decrees are published in the Konkursboer (bankruptcy estates) category, where the courts set out the identity of the debtor, the case number, the trustee and the deadlines that bind creditors.
The debtor is a limited company registered in Slagelse, on western Zealand. According to the decree, the bankruptcy follows a compulsory-dissolution request from the Erhvervsstyrelsen (Danish Business Authority) dated 11 August 2026, which preceded the court request by roughly five weeks. The notice does not state the grounds of that request, nor the size of the estate.
The debtor and the court record
- Company: Fundingselskabet Danmark ApS
- CVR number: 37446742
- Registered address: Oksebrovej 13, 4200 Slagelse
- Court: Retten i Næstved
- Case number: SKS INS-455/2026
- Decree date: 2 October 2026
- Bankruptcy request received: 16 September 2026
- Compulsory-dissolution request from Erhvervsstyrelsen: 11 August 2026
The decree places the company under bankruptcy proceedings (konkursbehandling) with effect from the court’s order. No figures for assets, liabilities or the number of creditors appear in the announcement, which is limited to the procedural facts required for the estate to be administered and for creditors to come forward.
Trustee, committee and claim deadlines
- Trustee (kurator): advokat Christian Tornvig Jensen, Amaliegade 10, 1256 København K
- Election of trustee and creditors’ committee: any request must be submitted in writing to the bankruptcy court (skifteretten) no later than three weeks after publication
- Claims: anyone holding a claim or other right against the debtor is invited to report it to the trustee within four weeks after publication
- Valuation date: claims must be stated as at 2 October 2026
- Documentation: the notice advises that the report be accompanied by evidence of the claim
The decree is addressed to “anyone who has a claim or other right against the debtor”. The four-week window runs from the announcement itself, while the three-week window for challenging the trustee or requesting a creditors’ committee runs in parallel, in writing, before the same court.
What the deadlines mean in practice
For suppliers, lenders, landlords and former employees, the four-week period is the decisive step: a claim that is not reported to the trustee, with documentation and valued at the decree date, risks being left out of the estate’s distribution. The three-week window is the only moment at which creditors can seek to influence who administers the estate or whether a creditors’ committee is formed.
The case also shows the sequence by which a compulsory-dissolution request from the Erhvervsstyrelsen can end in a court bankruptcy decree, with the estate then administered under the supervision of the Retten i Næstved. The decree was signed at the court on 2 October 2026.
