Níjar opens public information regarding the concession of the Natural Park site

The Níjar City Council has opened the public information period for the public domain concession file for 14.78 square meters of green area in the Pozo de los Frailes, intended for the installation of the Information Point of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, José Francisco Garrido Requena, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Almería no. 212, dated November 3, 2026, with the official reference 2843/26.

The file stems from an agreement by the Local Government Board of Níjar adopted on October 13, 2026, in which the private occupation of the municipal asset and the particular administrative clauses governing the award were approved.
