Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo calls for supervision of road work in Chincha

The District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, in the province of Chincha, department of Ica, opened the second call for the Selection Process No. 004-2026-CE-OXI-EPS-MDPN/CE to choose the private supervisory company for the urban mobility improvement project on Sebastián Barranca street. The notice was published on Monday, September 28, 2026, in the Official Gazette of El Peruano, with a referential amount of S/ 670,346.93 (six hundred seventy thousand three hundred forty-six and 93/100 soles). Interested companies may submit their expression of interest until October 7, 2026.

The call is based on the Single Ordered Text of Law No. 29230, a regulation that promotes regional and local public investment with private sector participation, and its regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 038-2026-EF. The project is listed with CUI No. 2701424 and investment code 2, and covers the supervision of the formulation of the technical file, the execution, and the liquidation of the work.

Object and scope of the process

The object of the call is the selection of the Private Supervisory Company responsible for accompanying the entire public investment cycle, from the preparation of the technical file to the liquidation of the project.

Selection process calendar

The schedule sets the key stages of the competition in less than a month, from the publication of the bidding terms to the signing of the investment agreement.

• Call and publication of bidding terms: 09/28/2026.
• Receipt of expressions of interest and submission of queries and observations to the bidding terms: from 09/29/2026 to 10/07/2026.
• Resolution of queries and observations: from 10/07/2026 to 10/09/2026.
• Integration and publication of bidding terms: from 10/12/2026 to 10/15/2026.
• Submission of proposals (envelopes No. 1, 2, and 3): 10/15/2026, in the session hall of the District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, Av. Oscar R. Benavides No. 699, at 10:00 a.m.
• Evaluation and qualification of technical and economic proposals: from 10/16/2026 to 10/19/2026.
• Evaluation results and awarding of the contract: 10/20/2026.
• Signing of the investment agreement: 10/27/2026.

Special committee and access to the bidding terms

The process is managed by a special committee composed of engineer William Paco Chipana as president, architect Ivan Valerio Aquije as alternate member, and licenciada Jhoana R. The publication of this notice in the Official Gazette of El Peruano marks the formal start of the period for construction companies and supervisory firms to express their interest under the Works for Taxes mechanism. As this is a second call, the process seeks to ensure the participation of bidders who can guarantee the technical supervision of a district-level road project in the province of Chincha.
